Aspiring Contributor targeting Core Infrastructure & Plugin Runners

Hi APISIX Team,

I'm Sai Sriram Dodda, and I am a Software Engineering student and developer
focusing heavily on System Design and modern backend architectures. I am
interested in cloud-native infrastructure, specifically L4/L7 traffic
management and microservices architecture, which led me to Apache APISIX.

I am intending to become a long-term core contributor to the ecosystem and
am starting my journey now to build deep familiarity with the codebase.

I am highly proficient in Web Dev and has understandings of System Design
and ready to learn any new tech stack also, I am looking to dive into the
project by setting up the local environment and picking up documentation
updates or 'good first issues' related to the multi-language plugin runners.

Could the maintainers point me toward any current low-hanging fruit or
recommended entry points for getting my local development build running
smoothly?
