proxy error - NoProxy redirect

on a customers NT machine I have an Apache running parallel to a 

Netscape Proxy. The Netscape is told to unset proxy for some urls and 

redirect them to another destination. That works fine, but the Apache 

has some problems with the following url:

Proxy Error
The proxy server could not handle the request GET http://www.jv/.
Reason: Host not found
Apache/1.3.23 Server at abc.de Port 80

The relevant line within the proxy container is
NoProxy www.jv http://www.jv http://www.jv/ http://www.jv$
and the next lines do redirects

any ideas?
