Moved everything but pig and javautils out of contrib. Jeremy is working on pig.

This patch moves SSTableExport/Import into tools/ as well.  I'm stuck getting "ant test" to work, though -- "-verbose" says

    [junit] Testsuite: org.apache.cassandra.sstabledebug.SSTableExportTest
    [junit] junit.framework.TestListener: tests to run: 5

... then nothing gets run; that's the last thing it outputs.
