We have noticed that customer tries to drag and drop multiple files into the dropzone of the upload modal and only a single file goes through, which is a correct behavior as it currently supports uploading a single file. So, a note on the upload modal to educate this behavior to the use is helpful.
Also, fail the call if the user tries to drag and drop a folder.
