I've proposed to axe the request-not-to-link from the book website, and
initial reactions to the proposal are favourable.
So, hold off doing this for now, and we may be able to commit your
original patch shortly.

Sorry this got dropped on the floor. I asked Max, and he says the
book authors are now ok with the linking, so I just committed the
patch. It'll be on the website fairly soon.

If deep links are to be allowed, you may want to link to
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.serverconfig.netmodel.html#svn.serverconfig.netmodel.credcache
rather than just the index, though.
