   ## What changes were proposed in this PR?
   
   1. Let the tests in Core, SQL, Viz, Python-adapter and Python all use the test resources in `core/src/test/resources`
   2. Reduce the data used in example projects
   3. Skip a test case in core/shapefilereader to avoid the large test data
   4. Reduce the modis data size used in tests
   
   After this PR, the compressed source code size goes down from 600+ MB to 100+ MB
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   ## Did this PR include necessary documentation updates?
