[PR] show use_content_defined_chunking as a parameter in doc page [arrow]
severo opened a new pull request, #47498:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/47498
### Rationale for this change
The doc page https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/generated/pyarrow.parquet.write_table.html does not show `use_content_defined_chunking` as an argument of `write_table`:
<img width="1571" height="821" alt="Screenshot From 2025-09-04 14-45-32" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a9fb4d7f-9b4d-4ce6-92c8-97b781831f33" />
Note that it's documented below in the list of parameters:
<img width="1800" height="1062" alt="Screenshot From 2025-09-04 14-46-20" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d9d6c289-97c3-476b-820d-eeb30f8f791f" />
### What changes are included in this PR?
List the parameter, with a default value (`False`), in `write_table` and related code, as mentioned by the comment:
https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/512dcd77dcf3910c41a06d2a1620c729d92d6748/python/pyarrow/parquet/core.py#L1953-L1954
### Are these changes tested?
No
### Are there any user-facing changes?
No

Thanks @severo, also for fixing numpydoc validation PR03 order error that finally showed up here in the CI Numpydoc job https://github.com/apache/arrow/actions/runs/34203717165/job/101988921363#step:6:4415
```shell
pyarrow.parquet.core.write_table
PR03: Wrong parameters order.
Actual: ('table', ..., 'data_page_size', 'flavor', ..., 'write_time_adjusted_to_utc', 'max_rows_per_page', 'bloom_filter_options', 'use_content_defined_chunking', '**kwargs').
Documented: ('table', ..., 'data_page_size', 'max_rows_per_page', 'flavor', ..., 'use_content_defined_chunking', 'write_time_adjusted_to_utc', 'bloom_filter_options', '**kwargs')
```
- Apparently `max_rows_per_page` is out of order on main for a while, but numpydoc validation skips PR03 order check if a documented parameter is missing (= [PR02 check is still disabled on Arrow](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blame/0d8f1b9929462364b4fe48a68891d468e0b156a8/compose.yaml#L1559)). Because `use_content_defined_chunking` was present in docstring but missing from the signature, the order check PR03 never ran for `write_table`!
-> I'll open a separate issue for PR02 skipping PR03.

Review Comment:
This only round-trips three rows, so neither the default nor the 32–64 KiB configuration can create a content-defined boundary. As a result, the test still passes if `_set_properties` drops the new option at line 663; use a sufficiently large table and compare the output against a CDC-disabled control (including page/row-group size or another observable CDC-specific property) to verify that the dataset writer actually applies the setting.

Review Comment:
The `write_table` signature reorders existing parameters (`max_rows_per_page`) and inserts `use_content_defined_chunking` mid-signature. Because these are positional-or-keyword parameters, this is a backward-incompatible change for any callers using positional arguments (e.g., a previously positional `flavor` argument would now bind to `max_rows_per_page`). To avoid breaking callers while still exposing the new option in generated docs, keep the existing parameter order and append `use_content_defined_chunking` at the end (before `**kwargs`).

@tadeja essentially there are no meaningful effects on non-CAS storage systems, the data pages won't be fixed sized but mostly that's it.

I would merge this once new CI jobs and preview-docs show up OK. Perhaps any comments, @rok ?
