Alessandro Adamou resolved STANBOL-168.
---------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

As of r114871 the stanbol.owl bundle has switched to dual-licensed OWL API 3.2.3 with prominent notice, and removed all older versions from its local maven repo.

ontologymanager.store parent POM now also depends on OWL API via stanbol.owl
