Updated http://airavata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Hi All,

I have updated airavata documentation as per review comments by one of
airavata gateway PIs.
(Thank you, Cameron for reviewing the documentation)

Main changes;
1. Removed 'User Guide' page. (This was separated into two new pages. Admin
tutorials and Gateway User tutorials)
2. Enhanced FAQ page (Divided the FAQs into 3 sections. Installation,
Configuration, and User FAQs)
3. Added Admin Tutorials (Tutorial for gateway admins on application
configuration, gateway preference configurations, etc) Would provide
information on application properties and when and how to use them.

So please review and provide your feedback so we could further improve the
documentation.

1. Add gateway user tutorial page

Hi Suresh,

Yes.

For 0.17 there are few more things to update such as;
1. Sharing
2. Configuration and use of individual resource allocation for job
submission
3. Automatic access job submissions upon account confirmation without
waiting for manual role assignment
4. Configuration of Reservation, QOS for compute resources

We should do the documentation and make it available when 0.17 is released.

Very nice updates. We also need to update the API docs with 0.17 release and also add sharing API usage here.
