This message arises when there's bad WSDD (i.e. the server-config.wsdd file), 
in particular a <handler> declaration without a type="" attribute.  Have you 
adjusted your configuration at all?  Try deleting/moving your WEB-INF/server-
config.wsdd file and see if it works with the defaults.

If we don't hear anything back from you within a week or so, we're going to 
close the bug, so please let us know if this is still a problem.  Thanks!
