[jira] [Created] (IMPALA-5991) Allow Kudu tables to be created without primary key at start of column list

Jeremy Beard created IMPALA-5991:
------------------------------------

Summary: Allow Kudu tables to be created without primary key at start of column list
                 Key: IMPALA-5991
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IMPALA-5991
             Project: IMPALA
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Frontend
    Affects Versions: Impala 2.9.0
            Reporter: Jeremy Beard

For CREATE TABLE statements since we have the PRIMARY KEY clause in the column list it does not seem necessary for the primary key columns to be listed at the start of the column list. In some cases it would be helpful for 'SELECT *' queries by data analysts/scientists to have some/all of the primary key columns not at the start of the column list.
