Refactor JMS transport for readability and simplicity

Hi,

I have just proposed and done some refactorings for the JMS Transport in 
the following issue:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-1773

A patch is included. I would be interested in your feedback about the 
refactorings.
