2.0 Logout

Hi,

the Lenya 2.0 Default Application (newest sources) logout brings up the 'Logout
from the Publication' screen.

The 'Logout'-Button brings me back to development area and I'm logged in as user
 without a name.

Something must be wrong here.

The rest of Lenya 2.0 looks great.

I guess this might be related to
http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42952.
We're currently discussing the best approach to solve the issue.
