[users@httpd] install or run Apache 2 not success when add mod_log_conf

Dear Apache2 user:

  I do not think the site

http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_log_config.html

give me solution of how to fix the following error at install or restart

can not locate API module structure 'config_log_module',  in file
>C:/Apache2/modules/mod_log_config.so:

highly appreciate your help
