[PR] test: add first coverage for ops name server DTO [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ### Motivation
   
   `OpsNameServerDTO` had no unit coverage for its required address validation. This PR adds first coverage.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - A missing namesrvAddr is rejected.
   - A multi-entry address list passes validation.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - `mvn -B test -Dtest=OpsNameServerDTOTest`: 2/2 passed, BUILD SUCCESS
