I am managing the 1.2.0 release and we currently have more than 600 issues targeted for 1.2.0. I am moving the target field to 1.3.0.

However, a pipeline can remain in open state but never gets reported by any of the constituent datanodes(cases where raft log directory is explicitly removed from all datanodes or none of the constituent datanode discover the raft log disk).
