Summary: [PATCH] flow redirector should allow explicit 'cocoon:'
                    scheme
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current SVN 2.1
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.0
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Flowscript
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mlundquist2@comcast.net

Prohibiting an explicit scheme unduly disallows the valid use of colons in the scheme-specific portion
of the URI. With this patch, an explicit 'cocoon:' scheme is allowed, which permits URIs such as
"cocoon:/something:foo/bar".
