CI Server down

Brett,

You had mentioned that the CI server has been flaky.  When it goes down is
there a process for getting it back up, or can only you restart it?

There are a number of people with access, and there's a monitoring  
message going out - but with the holiday break and the recent  
instability I don't think it has been monitored carefully. Kicked it  
now.
