[ANN] Cactus plugin for Maven available

Hi Cactusers,

For those interested, I have written a Cactus plugin for Maven
(http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven). Maven is a build tool that
goes way further than Ant in the sense that it allows you to describe
your project structurally instead of having to code the build actions as
in Ant. It has more than 50 plugins which performs various common tasks.
