Bikas, I'm assuming you'll work off of the current patch. It has the basic plumbing in place. What's required is the decision on when a container is ready to be used by a different vertex, and locality implications for that.
I probably have an updated version of the patch somewhere, from when I worked on this last - let me see if I can find it.
