DurationFormatUtils created and added to CVS.
Needs more work really though...All ideas/code welcomed.
Current problems include not being able to specify which fields to output -
day, hour, min, sec, ms. The two methods so far differ in this.
Maybe the class should be package scoped for v2.0????
