spinner is displayed on upload button while converting
other than this you can wait while conversion is over or close dialog

> When uploading video, the conversion meter will only progress to 20 - 21 %.  It never diplays any higher progress.  I can see that it is still converting by the dots rotating over the << chevron.  The conversion window has to manually closed.
