   The empty bit is because we're incorrectly calling `as.integer()` on `info_codes`: https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/main/r/adbcdrivermanager/R/adbc.R#L219
   
   (Also needs updating here https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/main/r/adbcdrivermanager/src/radbc.cc#L263-L264 to handle `R_NilValue`)
