Bug in Camel JBI Component when receiving a JBI Fault

Hi,

I am having a serious problem using Camel and ServiceMix together. It turns
out that when I invoke a JBI service from within Camel and this service
returns a JBI Fault, the latter is not properly marshalled into Camel, and
the Camel JBI component throws an Exception, thus failing to process the JBI
Response.

There was a thread about this on the ServiceMix forum [1], and an open bug
on the ServiceMix JIRA [2].

[2] https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SM-1589

I have tried fixing it but to no avail. Perhaps someone where could give me
a hand?

We need the integration between ServiceMix and Camel to work together
seamlessly (because otherwise ServiceMix wouldn't have any routing
capabilities except for the servicemix-eip service engine which is anyway
deprecated...), and this bug is really blocking us right now.

Thanks in advance!!!
