{{ctx}} and {{graph}} are reserved arguments for Workflows, while {{ctx}} and possibly {{toolbelt}} are reserved arguments for Operation.

These arguments are currently set using dictionary's {{setdefault}} method, which means that if a user were to pass them they'd override the original arguments and lead to errors.

Validation for these reserved arguments should be applied.
