[PMC] [VOTE] Steven Noels as PMC chair: vote results

all twenty voters have given Steven their +1.
(including Andrew Savory which is not yet officially a PMC member
AFAIK).
Congratulations, Steven, looks like you've got the job!
And thanks to Stefano for his contribution to the PMC so far.
Steven, I think your first duty will be to have your election ratified
by the ASF Board ;-)
Please let us know what happens next.

Looks like Steven is about to enforce the use of Dutch for PMC
communications ;-)
