I have added vendor specific MCF options for INTERNAL db connection. 
This is useful when for example configuring ODE with Oracle in SMX4. 

ODE used JDBCDriverMCF only for INTERNAL connections, and it didn't work when I tried it. However it works when using tranql-connector-vendor-oracle MCF, so I have added possibility to configure it.

Here are sample options I used:

etc/org.apache.ode.jbi.cfg:

ode-jbi.db.mode=INTERNAL
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf=org.tranql.connector.oracle.LocalMCF
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.databaseName=XE
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.userName=ode1x
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.password=ode1x
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.portNumber=1521
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.serverName=localhost
ode-jbi.db.int.mcf.driverType=thin
