[JIRA] Created: (CAY-982) Client superclass not auto-populated for new ObjEntity.

Client superclass not auto-populated for new ObjEntity.
-------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAY-982
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/cayenne/browse/CAY-982
             Project: Cayenne
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: CayenneModeler GUI
    Affects Versions: 3.0
            Reporter: Kevin Menard
            Assignee: Kevin Menard
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 3.0

The default client superclass is not populated as the client superclass value for new ObjEntities. The workaround in the meanwhile is to click the "Update" button when specifying the default client superclass, as this will populate the field for all existing ObjEntities.

[jira] Reopened: (CAY-982) Client class and superclass names not auto-populated for new ObjEntity.

Kevin Menard reopened CAY-982:
------------------------------

I was a bit premature in closing this. The fields do get populated now, but with the wrong values. The server class names are being used rather than the client ones.
