[Stratos]Re-factor service stubs

Hi Devs,
While working on refactoring tenant activity component i found that we need
to change all wsdls to work everything properly. Other wise it will become
a problem in runtime. So AFAIU ideally we need to follow below steps.

Re factor service components.
Generate wsdl from updated service.
Then re-factor UI component.

Any thoughts?

+1, i'm also following the same order for thme-mgt refactoring.
