Behaviour of DOMSource(Node) does not match description

Forgot to follow up here. The JAXP Expert Group confirmed this interpretation,
meaning that XSLT processing should begin with the node that is the argument to
the DOMSource, but the input tree is comprised of the entire DOM tree.
