In order to reduce confusion on user experience we opt to have discover jta invoked during UserTransaction.begin -- rather than having to call discoverJTA directly.

AC:
1) discover JTA during UserTransaction.begin
2) provide a GemFire property (boolean) to opt out of this behavior for backwards compatibility
3) update unit tests notes accordingly
