missing documentation link

When I click on the 'Full Documentation' link
    http://xml.apache.org/xerces-j/api.html
I am taken to the URL
    http://xml.apache.org/apiDocs/index.html
but get the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /apiDocs/index.html was not found on this server.
