[jira] Resolved: (ARIES-164) Remove manual registerService() call
for javax.persistence.provider
Timothy Ward resolved ARIES-164.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
I have removed all the Aries code I could find that was registering the OpenJPA provider. Tests still pass, so everything looks good to me.

> Currently, the jpa-container-itest code (and AriesTrade sample) is having to manually register OpenJPA as a javax.persistence.provider.
> Once OPENJPA-1512 is integrated and in a nightly build, this code should be removed.
