[PATCH] Issue 2153 (cp wc->url preserves deleted entries)

Hi,

I took Karl's patch in #2153 and tried to make it work. The problem with
his patch was that it incorrectly marked files mareked deleted=true even
if they also were schedule=add. I changed this so that deleted=true only
makrs the paths deleted if schedule=normal. I *think* that's correct, but
could any real WC expert have a look? Tests succeed (of course).
