[jira] [Created] (IOTDB-572) Chinese Storage Group Name is not supported in OS with ISO-8859-1

Xiangdong Huang created IOTDB-572:
-------------------------------------

Summary: Chinese Storage Group Name is not supported in OS with ISO-8859-1
                 Key: IOTDB-572
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IOTDB-572
             Project: Apache IoTDB
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core/Engine
    Affects Versions: 0.10.0-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Xiangdong Huang
         Attachments: image-2020-03-31-15-19-49-622.png

As we will create a file folder named with the storage group name and the OS whose locale is ISO-8859-1 does not support create Chinese, the Server will throw an exception if someone creates a Chinese storage group.

A temporary solution is to disable the Chinese test in the SessionIT for letting the CI passes.

Latter, we may require the system must be UTF8 in the product environment.

Otherwise, if someone wants to attack the server,  just sending a Chinese sg name can make the service down.
