Currently, methods related to metastorage compaction are added to *org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.MetaStorageManager*, which looks wrong since this interface is used to read and update metastorage and clients of this interface do not need to see methods related to compaction, so I propose to introduce a new *org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.MetaStorageCompactionManager* and add methods there.
