The artifacts should be uploaded under the appropriate tag: https://github.com/ursa-labs/crossbow/releases/tag/ursabot-289-azure-conda-win-vs2015-py37

Most certainly the artifacts are produced in a different directory than previously, so the uploading script cannot find it https://dev.azure.com/ursa-labs/crossbow/_build/results?buildId=2180
