[jira] [Commented] (INFRA-12078) Move 'apache/cloudstack' to 'apachecloudstack' github org

Will Stevens commented on INFRA-12078:
--------------------------------------

It has been 4 months since this move was approved: http://apache.org/foundation/records/minutes/2016/board_minutes_2016_05_18.txt

The lack of movement on this priority issue will be highlighted in my report this month and I will be expecting a detailed status on this issue and a clear path forward. Thanks...

> As per the resolution on May 18th, I would like to get the details sorted out and get the 'apache/cloudstack' repository moved to 'apachecloudstack/cloudstack'.
> In order for a member of your team to be able to move the repository to the new org and then open a Github ticket to setup the mirror from the ASF git repo, that member will need to be an owner in both Github orgs (at least temporarily).
> Please let me know who I should be adding as owners to the 'apachecloudstack' github org as owners in order to do the transfer.
> I will be enforcing that people with the 'owner' role in the 'apachecloudstack' org MUST have two-factor authentication enabled, so please ensure that everyone who is to be given owner permission to this repo has 2FA enabled in Github.
> Here is what Github support said we needed to do:
> ```
> On your end you'll need a user who is an admin in both organizations to initiate the repository transfer:
> To update the repository's upstream repository (so the github repo is a mirror), let us know via email and we'll make that change on our end. We could change the upstream before or after you transfer the repository between organizations.
> ```
> Please reach out to us on private@ mailing list if you have any questions.
