Hello Legal,
Over at Apache Commons, we have a PR (https://github.com/apache/commons-imaging/pull/367) that includes a test image (https://github.com/apache/commons-imaging/pull/367/files#diff-2009e7f8f1787da5d8350062ec714817ab9d136127bb343c00ef10ab5a96ad26) apparently licensed with the "Unsplash license": https://unsplash.com/license and https://unsplash.com/terms
The Unsplash license is not listed on https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html
The PR contains an addition to our NOTICE file: https://github.com/apache/commons-imaging/pull/367/files#diff-b810ebe4ffda4293c79d292059b45b59de7e649e86314ffd5a1ee4eb4b1e08c8
Is it OK for us to merge this PR and therefore bring in this image to be used in the tests?
