I made one small change to have a pk on the OrderHeader only and not the OrderItem as well. Usually only one or the other is needed, and this way it is more flexible just in case you want to have a null orderItemSeqId to only point to the OrderHeader.

One quick convention note: I noticed the relationship (relation) tags have a title of "Purchase", but there is no purchase prefix on the orderId and orderItemSeqId fields. I'd recommend either adding the prefix, or removing the title (which would make the entity more generic, but the intent of it less clear).
