Description:
On succesful Spark and even hadoop rpm installations on centos-8, permissions on some files does not seem correct.
e.g. [spark-env.sh|https://github.com/apache/bigtop/blob/master/bigtop-packages/src/common/spark/spark-env.sh] is 644 instead of 755.
Also, hadoop-layout.sh is 600 instead of 644.
