ScreenShot of output files for 2010 & 2016 versions

I am trying to export excel from POI, output Excel file contains 100 Rows and 8
columns. i have observed a drastaic change in the output while opening the file
in MS office 2010 and 2016 versions.

Cell style and format is parilally lost in first sheet and in Latter sheet
complete cell style and format is lost. AFrom my primary invetsigation i found
this issue Lies in POI code.  Kindly Suggest me to fix this bug.

 Please find attached the Screen shots of the Output file in both the versions
