Repository UUID

Hi there,

i have a very simple question:

I would like to know what was the intention of the Repository UUID?

The original reason it was added was so that when you do a "svn switch
--relocate" to point a working copy to a new URL you can be sure that
it's still reaching the same underlying repository.
