Releasing the Site Plugin

Hi

I plan to make a release of the Site Plugin shortly, mainly due to
https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSITE-649
which affects the deployment of the sites for our own plugins.

This is a heads up in case someone wants to add or fix something before
the next release. You can either just fix it, or ask for time if you
need it.
