   Agree about making `get_cuda_arch` available in others as well. This type of error can also happen for fused kernels, when the fusion is aggressive enough to fuse many injective-type ops to cause out of resources error for the fused kernel. I have seen this error before (not with NMS, but with injective ops), but don't have a real model handy.
