The utilization samples are now aligned with the timeticks.
Additionally, the fragment diagram is updated only when max_ts changes, to decrease the additional rendering overhead.
The SVG export now includes the utilization plot. The utilization samples have been plotted along the timeline by using the period and number of samples. The last sample is aligned on the basis of, which of the last fragment event or the sampled utilization value's period exceeds the other.
Start and end-time of utilization plot have been aligned using this mechanism.
