[DISCUSS] Upgrade Jetty to latest (9.4.x)

Hello All,

It appears that the Jetty version Knox uses is a bit old (9.2.15) the newer
version (9.4.x) has some fixes that look good especially for the Websockets
[1] and [2] which I discovered when I was fixing KNOX-936 - Connection
Leaks.

I would like to know if anyone has any concerns around Jetty upgrade (or
arguments for it). It would be nice to get it by 1.0.0 if we decide to go
with it IMO.
