Getting a 405 Not Allowed

Hi,
Since today I am getting a 405 Not allowed response from
http://repo.maven.apache.org/, wether I access it through my browser or the
netbeans plugin for maven. I am not experiencing this issue woth any other
website, my proxy settings are the same as last week when it still worked.
Any idea of what might be causing this? Could I be blacklisted or something?
