Koji Noguchi commented on HADOOP-3016:
--------------------------------------
Request from Don,
" Given how often our nodes have problems, we find ourselves using the dfs.host.exclude file
quite a bit to list out "broken" nodes so that they can't be used in the cluster.
We were wondering, can we have the ability to add comments in the dfs.host.exclude file,
an ability to use lines that start with "#" which get ignored? That way when we have a couple dozen
machines listed in dfs.host.exclude file, we can put comments in there as to why they are out of rotation. "
