[jira] Created: (OPENJPA-988) Refactor JPA2/MixedLockManager to conform architectual module dependency

Refactor JPA2/MixedLockManager to conform architectual module dependency
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OPENJPA-988
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-988
             Project: OpenJPA
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: jdbc, jpa
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Albert Lee
            Assignee: Albert Lee
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.0.0

Currently JPA2LockManager is in openjpa-persistence module. Due to implementation, it extends PessimisticLockManager which is in openjpa-jdbc module. Since persistence should not (architectually) depends on jdbc module, the JPA2LockManager needs to be refactored to avoid such dependency.
